Our story
Crema de Nectar was founded in April 2025. The idea for Crema de Nectar started after a “failed” experiment in the lab. We couldn’t create a stable emulsion in a traditional, neutral pH, cream liquor. However, we found out we created a stable emulsion at a low pH. Instead of creating a vegan traditional cream liquor, we created an entirely new type of cream liquor. The product we made was simply too good, not to bring to the market
As of this moment, Crema de Nectar B.V. is still looking for investors. The recipe and production method have been finalized and suppliers have been found. Currently we are looking for a investment, so we can start producing.
The amazing combination of potato and coconut
Crema de nectar is made with ingredients from potatoes and coconuts, making it vegan and allergen free. By carefully selecting our ingredients we are providing a liqueur with a smooth and creamy mouthfeel, while keeping a neutral taste. With a milky white colour. It has all the feel the feel of a dairy cream liqueur, while being a delicious plant-based product
Made to be mixed
The unique qualities of Crema de Nectar make this cream liqueur mixable with fruit juices and soda’s. Which means many new creamy cocktails can be made. It can be a creamy variation of your classic favourite cocktails or totally new cocktails. We hope to provide a product, that makes a whole new range of cocktails possible
