
Orange Summer
Dutch summers are not always as sunny as we want them to be. This has inspired us to make a cocktail you can enjoy on the sunny days and the cloudy and rainy days. The orange summer, the perfect drink for Dutch summers.
This cocktail has a rich taste of peach and different tropical fruits, which it combines with a smooth and full texture.
2 parts Crema de Nectar
2 parts Peachtree
1 part passoa
1 part Licor 43
5 parts (freshly pressed) orange juice

Coffee and milk are an amazing combination. Cappucino, Latte macchiato, Caffe con leche. But almost never is coffee combined with milk and fruit. Because the acidity of fruit doesn’t mix well with milk. With Crema de Nectar it is no longer an issue. Crema de Nectar can be mixed with coffee liquor and fruit juices and/or fruit liquors
The Moka Frutti combines the great texture of cream with coffee flavour with an extra dept of a fruit flavour. In this recipe we combine it with a cherry liquor
1 part Crema de Nectar
1 part Coffee liquor
1 part Cherry liquor
2 parts (freshly pressed) orange juice

Mangolicious
Indians are famous for their love of spicy food and their love for mangoes. We have combined those loves into one cocktail. The smoothness of mango juice is enhanced with Crema de Nectar and with the addition of brown spiced rum and tabasco you have a delicious, creamy and spicy cocktail.

A few drops of tabasco

Wimbledon
Wimbledon is one of the most famous tennis tournaments in the world. Next to tennis it is also famous for the strawberry and cream, since the tournament is in the middle of strawberry season. To celebrate this tradition, we have made a wimbledon cocktail, combining the amazing combination of strawberry and cream.
1 part Crema de Nectar
1 part Fragoli strawberry liquor
1 part white rum
3 parts strawberry juice

Banana bread
One of the favourite dishes of any coffee bar is now coming for the cocktail bar. If you see the ingredients, you might not expect a banana bread flavour. But especially with the addition os cinnamon powder, you will get the classic banana bread taste. The perfect drink for a high cocktail.
